Senior Facilities Engineer

About the role

This role is ideal for a highly skilled, versatile trades professional who thrives in a hands-on environment. You’ll apply a broad range of technical abilities to support facility operations, maintenance, and repairs across multiple disciplines. The work is dynamic, impactful, and essential to keeping systems and structures functioning at their best.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of work requiring high skill levels and abilities, including but not limited to:
  • Electricity and electronics
  • Sheet metal work and welding
  • Mechanics and machine shop work
  • Hydraulics and plumbing
  • Painting and ventilation work
  • Carpentry and plastering
  • Concrete and masonry work
  • Ceiling installation and floor installation

Requirements

• Coursework/Training: Must have successfully completed at least two formal specialized, related training courses
• 4 years of experience in equipment inspection, testing, repair and maintenance of required systems and equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid background in the use of common and sophisticated tools and systems

Pay

The pay range for this position is $40.46 - $44.46 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
