Position Summary
Shift: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

About the Role
The Senior Facilities Engineer provides management and technical assistance to employees and contractors in support of the repair and maintenance of equipment, utilities, and facilities. Supports manufacturing and packaging operations by providing quality, compliant, and reliable facilities, systems and equipment used in the development and manufacture of pharmaceutical products. Ensures maintenance, repair and operation of utilities and equipment are performed in the most efficient method as possible while maintaining cGMP compliance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the facility utilities, buildings, grounds, equipment and services are available for support of manufacturing operations.
- Manage the site maintenance labor/repair budget.
- Manage site contract maintenance services.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by performing quality, effective and timely completion of maintenance projects or activities.
- Use communication skills to achieve positive business relationships with employees, customers and vendors while maintaining company goals.
- Schedule/coordinate maintenance shutdowns.
- Support the maintenance department by providing technical assistance as required.
- Develop and manage preventative maintenance policies to ensure facility and equipment reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor Science - Related Technical Discipline
- Minimum 5-10 years of working experience with bachelor’s degree in architectural, Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. An Engineering Technology degree with 10-15 years of engineering experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
