Senior F-35 Project Engineer - Capture Team-Level 3

About the role

Lead proposal development from pre-RFP to contract award, including ROM, NTE, and firm proposals. Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop engineering inputs, schedules, and estimates. Support shaping of proposals to optimize technical requirements for winning contracts. Develop Basis of Estimates, Statements of Work, and integrate Program and Supplier technical activities. Support quick-turn ROM estimates and proposal briefings for leadership approval. Manage scope changes and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.

The role requires strong project management, technical, and communication skills, with a focus on capturing new business and supporting program objectives.
