Senior Extrusion Process Technician
About the role
You will oversee extrusion operations, ensuring optimal performance of machinery and adherence to production schedules. Develop and implement process improvements for extrusion operations, focusing on increasing efficiency and reducing waste. Ensure all Extrusion activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance. Train and mentor staff on Extrusion techniques, best practices, and safety protocols to build a skilled and knowledgeable team. Manage extrusion operations and ensure seamless integration with Extrusion processes, coordinating closely with other departments to optimize workflows. Contribute to collaboration with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality, and supply chain, to ensure seamless product development and launch, facilitating communication and coordination.

Requirements
- Prior direct personnel management experience
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Able to build effective teams
- 15 years’ experience in thick and thin-walled Extrusion operations and processing
- 5 years’ experience in engineering and design
- 5 years’ extrusion experience
