Senior/Experienced Service Advisor

About the role

BMW of Portland represents one of the world's most respected performance luxury brands in a city that appreciates both. The role demands five years of service experience, with high-line or luxury brand experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process -- from write-up to delivery
• Translate complex repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations
• Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made to the guest
• Cook up and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance
• Deliver a white-glove pickup and delivery experience consistent with the BMW brand standard
• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards
• Represent BMW of Portland with the expertise, professionalism, and genuine hospitality the brand and its clientele expect

Requirements

• 5+ years of service advisor experience in a franchised dealership
• High-line or luxury brand experience strongly preferred -- BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Lexus, or similar
• Demonstrated history of strong CSI and NPS performance and a loyal repeat guest base
• Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred
• Polished, composed communicator -- able to hold a professional conversation with a demanding, knowledgeable clientele under pressure
• Able to manage high volume accurately without losing attention to detail or the guest experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay

• $70,000 - $140,000/yr OTE
