CLA is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our National Tax Exempt (NExT) team. How you’ll create opportunities in this Senior Associate role: Collaborate with clients to provide customized tax compliance and tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issuesDemonstrate exempt tax and corporate tax technical skillsManage engagements from scoping through delivery, with increasing ownership of timelines, budgets, and client relationshipsLearn new software and assist with development of standardized templates and toolsLeverage technology and automation to drive efficiency, accuracy, and a best-in-class client experienceMentor associates and interns, helping build a high-performing, collaborative Exempt Tax team What You Will Need Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldFour years of relevant experience requiredExperience in business services or consulting is preferredEligible to sit for CPA exam preferred Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth.
