Senior/Executive Underwriter, Cyber

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and service existing renewals and new business in the Southwest Region, including Cyber and Privacy Liability and Technology Errors & Omissions.
• Solicit new and renewal submissions from brokers.
• Determine terms, conditions, and complex rating plans.
• Represent the company at client meetings.
• Document underwriting files.
• Serve accounts throughout the policy cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• In-depth knowledge of Cyber and Privacy Liability products and concepts.
• 5+ years underwriting experience within Cyber and Tech E&O (preferred).
• Experience developing and maintaining a broad network of brokerage relationships.
• Negotiation skills, business acumen, and strong oral and written communication skills.

Pay

The pay range for the role is $98,000 to $142,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.

About the Role

Within this role, the underwriter will be expected to develop and maintain a broad network of brokerage relationships, underwrite, and service existing renewals and new business, and expand distribution and new business. Cross-marketing with other Chubb products and lines of business will be required as well.
