Company Name: A Reputed Power Company Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh Job Type: Full-Time Workplace Type: Full-time Job ID: IJOB202666830 Maintaining proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping line, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, Customs & VAT department, etc.Communicate with confirming bank for add confirmation of Import LC at a competitive price.Check terms & conditions of the proforma invoice, Handle & process all kinds of LC issuing (Machineries, Deferred, UPAS, EDF & Back to Back).Check copy of shipping documents.Bank guarantee prepare & submit documents for Bank Endorsement and original shipping documents collect from bank on time.Monitoring and supervise supplier bank payment and acceptance.Bill of Entry submission to bank on time.Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to Import activities and inform management as required.Any other job assign time to time by the management. Requirements Experience: 3-5 years Education: bachelor of science in electrical & electronic engineering (eee) Skills: back office operations, import logistics, customer liason, client liason, import/export operations, banking operations, customs brokerage, customs compliance, administrative tasks, customs documentation Last Date of Application: 24 October 2026
