Senior Estimator - Construction
About the role
Based in Nevada, we are a well-established GC that specializes in commercial construction. We provide innovative solutions for our clients for projects of all sizes. This includes tenant improvements from $1–15 M in size and large ground-up projects up to $75 M. Due to growth, we have an immediate need for a Senior Estimator for our Reno branch.

Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates for commercial and industrial projects ranging from tenant improvements to ground-up construction
- Review plans, specifications, and scopes to develop accurate quantity take-offs and cost models
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure estimates align with project goals and client expectations
- Evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids to ensure competitive and realistic pricing
- Support preconstruction efforts including value engineering and constructability reviews
Requirements
- Experience as an Estimator at a General Contractor
- Experience with commercial or industrial construction
Qualifications
- Proficient with software such as MS Office, Timberline, ProCore, etc.

Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year
