Senior Estimator

About the role

Winter Construction is seeking a Senior Estimator to support interesting and diverse projects across a wide array of markets. Winter is busy and growing quickly, with a local focus based in Atlanta.

Responsibilities

• Manage estimates for commercial construction projects with a General Contractor
• Maintain Subcontractor relationships
• Perform Quantity takeoffs
• Handle General Estimating duties

Qualifications

• Experience managing estimates for commercial construction projects with a General Contractor
• Background in 1 or more of the following markets: Education, Office, Hospitality, or Municipal
• Proficiency in maintaining Subcontractor relationships, Quantity takeoffs, and General Estimating
• Local to Metro Atlanta or willing to relocate
