Responsible for estimating project costs and durations, providing cost analysis, and collaborating with project managers to ensure accurate budgeting.

• Estimate project costs and durations
• Provide detailed cost analysis
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate budgeting
• Review and approve subcontractor bids
• Prepare and present cost reports to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction estimating
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
• Experience with construction estimating software
• Understanding of contract documents and specifications
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
