About the role
Responsible for estimating project costs and timelines for construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Estimate material and labor costs for construction projects
- Develop detailed project schedules
- Communicate project costs and timelines to clients and team members
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure accurate estimates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction estimating
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
