Senior Estimator

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in the design and execution of complex construction projects. This includes overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality control measures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control measures
• Manage a team of project managers and engineers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction management
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6
• Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools

Pay

$75,000 - $90,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
