We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "We are not accepting unsolicited resumes..." etc. Also remove "Mercer Advisors is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "Application Deadline:"? That's maybe considered application instruction? It's about deadline; might be considered application instruction. The instruction says remove application instructions. So we should remove Application Deadline line. Also remove "If a final decision..." etc. Also remove "Actual base pay within this range..." maybe part of Pay? It's about pay determination; we can keep in Pay section? It's not a list; it's prose. We can include in Pay section as prose. We need sections only when posting has real specific content. Let's extract content: - Why Work at Mercer Advisors? (intro) maybe "About the role"? Actually the intro is about company. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About Mercer Advisors". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can map: About the role: company description and why work there. Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions list. Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (JD, LL.M, license, experience, etc.) Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? But we can combine? The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But we have separate headings allowed. However we need to avoid filler. We have content for Requirements (JD, LL.M, license, experience, ability to interpret, 8-12 years, proven track record, ability to travel). Also we have "Role The Estate Planning Director will also act as attorney under Advanced Services Law Group, Inc. (ASLG)." That's more about role specifics; could be part of Responsibilities. Skills: maybe we can extract from Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities includes skills: ability to interpret complex topics, etc. But we already have that. Benefits: list of benefits. Pay: Base Pay Range $175,000 - $200,000 USD plus note about incentive compensation and base pay determination. Schedule: Work Schedule description. We should also include "Hybrid in the Orange County / San Diego areas." That's location; maybe part of About the role or Schedule? Could be in About the role. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info. Let's extract details: Intro paragraph: "Why Work at Mercer Advisors? For more than 40 years, Mercer Advisors has been helping families amplify and simplify their financial lives by integrating financial planning, investment management, business management, tax, estate, insurance, and more, all managed by a single team. We deliver the kind of comprehensive care once reserved for only the wealthiest households. Today, we serve over 42,800+ families across 110+ cities across the U.S. Ranked the #1 RIA Firm in the nation by Barron’s for two consecutive years, Mercer Advisors is an independent fiduciary legally bound to act in our clients’ best interests — always.* Mercer Advisors offers a workplace that stands apart in the financial industry. More than half of our employees and client-facing professionals are women, reflecting the clients we serve. With a flexible, national footprint, we build our teams around exceptional talent — wherever they are. Join us and help families amplify and simplify their financial lives with confidence. Mercer Advisors was ranked #1 for RIA firms with up to $70 billion in assets. The Barron’s top RIA ranking is based on a combination of metrics – including size, growth, service quality, technology, succession planning and others. No fee was paid for participation in the ranking, however, Mercer Advisors has paid a fee to Barron’s to use the ranking in marketing. Please see important information about the ranking criteria methodology here." We can keep that as About the role (or maybe About the company). We'll keep as About the role. Next: "Job Summary The Estate Planning team is part of our Wealth Solutions group, which is a dynamic team environment consisting of professionals dedicated to providing and implementing planning strategies for our high new worth clients. This role will be hybrid in the Orange County / San Diego areas." We can incorporate that into About the role or Responsibilities? Probably About the role. Then "Essential Job Functions For This Role Include" list bullet points: - Serve as an in-house resource in estate planning to wealth management teams and clients nationwide - Maintain book of ultra-high-net-worth clients - Review and summarize existing estate planning documents - Remain current with related estate, trust, and tax legislation nationwide - Supporting business development through networking, leading presentations, drafting publications, and supporting prospective client meetings, as necessary - Conduct research on nuanced and specialized estate planning topics - Manage a service specialist, as assigned, as related to overseeing day-to-day tasks, training, calendars, time management, coaching, and mentoring - Mentor and coach estate planning strategists - Other duties, as assigned Then "Role The Estate Planning Director will also act as attorney under Advanced Services Law Group, Inc. (ASLG). ASLG is a boutique estate planning firm that supports clients of Mercer Advisors. In this role, the attorney will perform the following tasks:" list: - Meet with clients to design, implement, and fund complex estate planning, wealth transfer strategies, and sophisticated estate and gift tax mitigation. - Draft estate plan documents, including irrevocable trusts (GRATs, IDGTs, ILITs, SLATs, CRTs, QPRTs), revocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and funding related documents. - Advise on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer (GST) tax strategies. - Coordinate with wealth advisors, tax experts and other professionals to ensure seamless execution of wealth strategies. - Prepare and review deeds and real property transfer documents. We can combine these with Essential Job Functions as Responsibilities. Then "Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities" list: - Juris Doctor (JD) - LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning strongly preferred - Licensed to practice law in at least one state - Ability to interpret and convey complex estate planning topics to Wealth Management teams and clients - 8-12 years legal experience in estate planning and deep technical expertise - Proven track record of handling planning matters for high net worth clients - Ability to travel up to 25% We can treat as Requirements (or Qualifications). We'll make a Requirements section. Then "Work Schedule" paragraph: "This professional role requires availability during standard business hours of Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. At times, the role may have early or late hours to meet business tasks and deadlines for external and internal client needs. All roles classified as a non-exempt are required to record working time into the timekeeping system daily at the start and end of each workday plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch period." We can put in Schedule section. Then "Working Conditions" paragraph: maybe not needed as separate heading; could be omitted as not in allowed headings. Could be part of About the role? But it's not required. We could omit because not in allowed headings list; but we could incorporate into About the role as prose. However instruction: Use headings only for those listed; we can still have other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings for sections; we could also have other headings but better to stick to those. Working Conditions could be omitted or placed under About the role as prose. We'll include as a short paragraph under About the role maybe. Then "Application Deadline:" etc - remove as application instruction. Then "Actual base pay within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills and licenses/certifications. This position is also eligible to earn incentive compensation through one of Mercer Advisors’ incentive compensation programs." This is Pay info. Then Base Pay Range $175,000 - $200,000 USD. Then Benefits list. We need to output HTML fragment only. Let's craft sections:
