About the role
CLA is a top 10 national professional services firm dedicated to creating opportunities for clients, employees, and communities through various services including wealth advisory, digital, audit, tax, consulting, and outsourcing. This role is within the Information Technology team, focusing on improving and supporting business ERP use.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and improve Workday configuration and integrations to other applications using Workday Studio, Workday Cloud Platform, and other tools.
- Configure and maintain business process definitions in Workday.
- Develop and support integrations (EIB) for inbound and outbound data exchange between Workday and other internal/external systems.
- Configure and maintain domain security policies and business process policies in Workday.
- Provide technical direction on configuration and new functionality related to Workday.
- Create and review technical documentation for new and existing processes, policies, and user guides.
- Extend and Prism expertise, and participate in project teams that are either directly associated with the ERP or that use the information.
- Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Be a level three application support for CLA’s ERP Team.
- Review application updates and compare to business needs for impact on existing configuration and identify opportunities.
- Provide implementation support, Workday optimization related to business processes, security, and data integrity for the applications.
- Strong with Workday Adaptive, Workday Studio Integrations, & Advance Matrix reports.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing, implementing, or leading ERP, HRIS, or financial reporting systems.
- 2+ years of experience with Workday.
- Detail-oriented team player who is comfortable with managing confidential information in a professional manner.
- Experienced in Workday configuration, integration, reporting, testing, and migration.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
