Senior ERP Applications Analyst - Hybrid

About the role

Providence is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Applications Analyst with substantial expertise in UKG Healthcare Productivity software to join our growing IS team in supporting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to sustain and optimize UKG Productivity IS Business Processes into ERP systems.
• Ensure technological solutions align seamlessly with business needs.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and oversee the operational sustainment, maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of UKG Healthcare Productivity application.
• Contribute to addressing change requests and facilitating successful system releases.
• Drive the mission of Providence through problem-solving expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce, or Combination of education and relevant experience (at least 5 years of functional experience).
• 5 or more years application design, implementation and/or maintenance of UKG Healthcare Productivity.
• 2 or more years demonstrated ability to successfully execute medium to complex projects; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in information services, Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce, CPA, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, HCM.
• 2 years of experience with implementation or support of UKG Healthcare Productivity.
• 2 years of experience with large scale business transformation and ERP system implementation projects with scope spanning multiple regions and/or geographies and business process areas.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
