Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Equipment Finance Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Commercial underwriting experience required; residential mortgage, consumer, and real estate underwriting experience alone does not meet this qualification.
- Experience underwriting transactions and exposures in excess of $1MM
- Financial Analysis experience
- Experience in underwriting in the transportation industry
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance or related field
- Experienced and proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- Commercial underwriting experience required; residential mortgage, consumer, and real estate underwriting experience alone does not meet this qualification.

Job Expectations

- This position offers a hybrid work schedule, 4 days in the office and 1 day remote

- Minneapolis, MN Pay Range: $110,000-$179,000 USD annual (this range may not be applicable to other locations)
- Chicago, Illinois Pay Range: $110,000-$179,000 USD annual (this range may not be applicable to other locations)

The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. Salary is just one component of Wells Fargo's total rewards package. Depending on the role, a Wells Fargo's employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
