Senior Epic Analyst - Ambulatory Care

About the role

Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology who wants to work in a collaborative environment? As an experienced Senior Epic Analyst - Ambulatory Care, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. This role is for Epic implementation work, primarily remote with openness to on‑site support if requested by the client. You will join a large implementation and build team, providing specialized expertise in Epic systems to support implementation and optimization of healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Epic modules according to project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Epic systems.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance.
• Provide training and support to end‑users on Epic applications.
• Document system configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference.

Qualifications

• Active Certification in Epic Ambulatory, preferably with at least one specialty certification.
• 5+ years of collaboration skills, working closely with business partners throughout design and implementation activities.
• 5+ years of hands‑on Epic build experience.
• 5+ years of experience in application workflows, troubleshooting, testing and support.
• 5+ years of analytical problem‑solving, communication and project management skills.
• Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation.
• Demonstrative understanding of change control processes.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
