The role involves developing innovative software solutions for geospatial data analysis and visualization. Key responsibilities include designing algorithms, integrating third-party libraries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and optimizing algorithms for geospatial data processing
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate third-party libraries and tools
  • Designing user interfaces for data visualization
  • Writing comprehensive documentation for project deliverables

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with Python, C++, and JavaScript
  • Strong understanding of geospatial data structures and algorithms
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as D3.js, Leaflet, or similar

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of geospatial databases like PostGIS
  • Experience with cloud-based development environments (AWS, Google Cloud)
  • Understanding of version control systems (Git)
  • Good communication and collaboration skills

Skills

  • Proficiency in geospatial data analysis
  • Experience with geospatial data visualization
  • Knowledge of geospatial data modeling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
