Requirements

• B.S. degree in geology, hydrogeology, environmental engineering, or civil engineering
• Experienced environmental project manager with consulting and staff leadership experience
• Proven experience managing environmental site assessment, investigation, and remediation projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Relationship builder who enjoys working closely with clients
• Able to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse portfolio of environmental investigation and remediation projects
• Partner with the Vice President of Project Operations to support strategic initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, geologists, and scientists
• Build and strengthen long-term client relationships
• Support business development and proposal efforts
• Guide the technical and professional growth of junior staff
