About the Role
We deliver innovative environmental and engineering solutions that strengthen communities and critical infrastructure across the Northeast. As we continue to expand our presence in the utility sector, we are seeking a Senior Environmental Professional to play a pivotal role in both delivering high-impact projects and driving strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level technical leadership on environmental projects, including compliance, site investigation, remediation, and permitting
- Serve as a trusted advisor to utility clients, strengthening long-term partnerships and expanding service offerings
- Support and drive business development efforts, helping position and secure work with electric, gas, and water utilities
- Collaborate with Market Leaders, Discipline Leaders, and Business Unit leadership to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities
- Contribute to proposal strategy, including positioning, pursuit planning, and go/no-go decisions
- Mentor and guide project managers and technical staff supporting utility accounts
- Ensure high-quality, compliant deliverables aligned with regulatory requirements and firm standards
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering, Geology, or a related field
- 15+ years of environmental consulting experience
- Professional licensure preferred (PE, LEP, LSP, PG, or equivalent)
- Proven experience delivering environmental services to utility clients
- Established relationships within Connecticut, Massachusetts, and/or Southern New Hampshire utility markets strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
