Senior Enterprise Solution Architect

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Enterprise Solution Architect to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will help shape enterprise technology solutions that support complex business capabilities and long-term architectural direction. The Senior Enterprise Solution Architect will partner with business and technical stakeholders to define scalable designs, guide standards, and align proposed solutions with enterprise architecture principles. This position will also contribute to improvement initiatives, ensuring solutions are practical, well-governed, and positioned to support evolving business needs. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $102,700 – $164,600 annually Responsibilities Lead strategic consultation to define complex business processes and capabilities for clients. Design and specify large-scale systems and ensure adherence to architectural standards and policies. Produce detailed architectural diagrams and specify non-functional requirements for proposed solutions. Identify and propose improvement initiatives, managing project scope and quality throughout implementation. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture vision and facilitate collaboration among technical teams. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field required; Master's Degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in IT and business disciplines required; healthcare payer industry experience preferred. Proven expertise in solution design and enterprise architecture across complex systems. Familiarity with emerging technologies and their practical applications in business contexts.
