Qualifications

• Expert-level program and project management, with a proven track record delivering results through complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Proven leadership capability; able to influence outcomes and drive results across diverse teams
• Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to understand enterprise priorities, connect program execution to strategic and financial outcomes, and engage credibly with Executive and Senior Business leaders
• Ability to fluently navigate both highly technical details and critical business needs, serving as the key leader who bridges technology teams and business leadership to ensure programs are planned and delivered to maximize business value
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, applying strong judgment to prioritize, decide, and lead programs through complexity, change, and uncertainty
• Outstanding influencing skills; with a proven ability to build trust, credibility, and drive alignment at all levels, including senior and executive leadership
• Strong results orientation, with the drive and resilience to deliver outcomes under challenging conditions
• Highly adaptable; prioritizes and executes effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence; expresses views clearly and concisely and engages, aligns, and influences stakeholders at all levels

• Deep knowledge of program and project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience managing in a player-coach environment
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet)

Pay

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
