Senior Enterprise Architect

For a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. Influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing projects and assess required business capabilities
• Define IT architecture direction to support corporate strategy
• Develop implementation proposals for new applications and services
• Partner with project sponsors to understand complex solution requirements
• Provide critical review and feedback on proposals and initiatives
• Advise and mentor team members on technology principles and processes
• Keep current with industry trends and communicate opportunities to leadership

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Enterprise Architecture experience
• Experience building out enterprise technical solutions and strategies
• Leadership experience managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects
• Proven experience as a domain or enterprise architect in a large insurance or brokerage organization
• TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Certification

Pay

$115,800 – $202,700 annually
