About the Role

Scribe is on a mission to change how the world works by becoming the specialized intelligence platform that every AI-native enterprise runs on. We’re looking for a Founding Customer Marketing and Advocacy Lead to build the content engine that positions Scribe as the go-to authority for C-suite and VP-level leaders navigating AI-forward work. You’ll earn the trust of enterprise buyers through content they share, turning that trust into pipeline.

You’ll develop a deep understanding of enterprise buyers—what they read, watch, and share—and decide where and how to reach them. Through social, content, webinars, newsletters, or other formats, you’ll ensure Scribe is known, trusted, and desired by enterprise organizations. You’ll also build direct relationships with key customers through Customer Advisory Boards, webinars, and other programs, turning those connections into scalable trust-building content.

You’ll collaborate with world-class acquisition, demand generation, product marketing, and Sales/CS teams, with creative freedom to build an enterprise content engine that redefines B2B standards.

You Could Be a Great Fit If You

  • Have a podcast mic on your desk and an opinion about gain settings.
  • Light up when discussing Customer Advisory Boards you’ve run and the revenue they influenced.
  • Have built top-of-funnel programs for enterprise audiences with a proven track record of generating qualified pipeline that closes.
  • Are internet-native and understand how content spreads—what gets reshared, what dies in the feed, and how to engineer virality.
  • See a wide-open opportunity in the B2B content landscape and have a vision for world-class enterprise content that builds conviction and drives demand.

Responsibilities

  • Be the voice of the enterprise customer—develop deep familiarity with how they think, what they consume, and what earns their trust.
  • Own the program to develop, publish, and distribute customer testimonials at scale.
  • Set the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Scribe’s enterprise customer content engine across all relevant formats and channels.
  • Launch and run Scribe’s Customer Advisory Board program—curate the right leaders, ensure valuable participation, and maintain ongoing engagement to fuel content and trust signals.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales to close the loop between content and revenue—routing, scoring, and following up on leads from webinars, CABs, and other content.
  • Set, forecast, and report on pipeline targets, using data (MQLs, influenced pipeline, conversion) to make fast decisions on what to scale or cut.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years in enterprise customer marketing, content marketing, demand generation, or a closely related field, with significant experience targeting enterprise B2B audiences.
  • Proven track record building enterprise customer programs (content, webinars, events) that influenced qualified pipeline, with a portfolio to demonstrate impact.
  • Experience building or running Customer Advisory Boards, executive engagement programs, or similar high-touch initiatives.
  • Strong analytical instincts—comfortable owning pipeline attribution, setting success metrics, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners (Sales, Demand Generation) to activate leads from content and events.

This Role Is Not For You If

  • You prefer to focus on content creation and leave distribution to others—this role requires end-to-end ownership of how content reaches enterprise buyers.
  • You’re not comfortable being accountable to revenue goals—this role directly influences pipeline targets.
  • You prefer working behind the scenes—this role thrives on building direct relationships with enterprise leaders.
