We are seeking a PE (Professional Engineer) for a Senior Engineering Project Manager position. This is onsite in Tampa, FL, open to relocation assistance. Professional Engineer (PE) license is requiredBachelor's Degree: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field10+ years of MEP project managementStrong knowledge of the MEP codes and standardsProficiency in project management tools, ie. Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or MS Project This a a key role for the company, and we are looking for someone that will: Oversee two Engineering teams in Florida and TexasLead large-scale MEP projects from concept to design, installation and closeoutIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationshipsBe the primary point of contact for project stakeholders: clients, architects and contractorsDevelop and maintain the project budgets, schedules and resource plans and mitigate risksConduct the project reviews and progress meetings and reportingDrive project management processes and procedures with the team Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD& STD, Life Insurance, 401k with match, PTO, Holidays, HSA with company contribution, Pet Insurance, Employee Assistance Must be authorized to work in the U.S. with no sponsorship or employment visa.
