Responsibilities
- Lead a team of skilled Systems Engineers promoting innovation and continuous improvement
- Assign tasks and connect employee efforts to overall business goals
- Drive accountability to meet milestones and customer quality expectations
- Set performance objectives and provide feedback for professional growth
- Partner with recruitment to achieve staffing goals for business growth
- Evaluate customer needs to define system performance requirements
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate degree in applicable engineering discipline
- 11+ years of experience in field of space communications
- 6+ years of experience in technical lead/people management roles
- Experience with satellite communications standards (NR NTN, DVB-S2x, CCSDS)
- Strong written and verbal technical communication skills
