• Define technical vision and strategy with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 2+ years of engineering management experience
• 5+ years of software development experience at scale
• Proven experience collaborating with Product, Design, and Applied Science
• Strong technical judgment in architectural and product decisions
• Experience in leading and coaching senior engineers
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills
• Familiarity with experimentation and metrics-driven product development

Pay

$231,200 – $299,200 annually
