Senior Engineering Manager, Member Experience

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager, Member Experience to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will guide engineering execution across multiple squads focused on member-facing experiences and operational outcomes. The leader will stay close to the technology, balancing hands-on architectural review with team development, delivery discipline, and cross-functional alignment. This is a strong opportunity for an engineering manager who can improve cycle time, maintain quality, and help shape how teams build and ship mission-critical software in a fast-moving healthcare environment. The position will also partner closely with product leadership, create clear priorities, and help establish practical AI standards for the engineering teams.
