Senior Engineering Manager, Clients Team

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution, working across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $260,000 – $280,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CI/CD workflows for deploying the NodeZero runner in customer environments
• Oversee the software development aimed at enhancing customers' defenses and remediating vulnerabilities
• Build and mentor a team of engineers focused on software deployment and maintenance
• Collaborate with product managers and security teams to prioritize client initiatives and roadmap

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading teams in designing and operating containerized software solutions
• Proven track record in implementing secure and reliable software supply chain practices
• Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines for container image deployment
• Strong understanding of Linux operations and networking in corporate settings
• Experience in building and growing engineering teams, including hiring and onboarding practices
