Senior Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing team of ~25 engineers in threat operations
• Define the technical and strategic approach to security threat detection and response
• Manage the end-to-end incident response process
• Develop threat intelligence capabilities to enhance the company’s security posture
• Ensure compliance with security standards, collaborating with legal and compliance teams
• Foster relationships with InfraSec leadership and act as a trusted security partner
• Participate in cross-functional hiring and strategic planning within the security organization

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in security roles, with significant engineering management experience (15+ people)
• Background primarily in security (threat intelligence, incident response) with engineering skills developed later
• Prominent ability to manage managers and grow senior technical talent
• Experience with large-scale incident response and threat detection
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with legal and executive teams
• Resilient and adaptable, thriving in high-pressure situations

Pay

$259,128 – $414,652 annually
