Job Summary

The Senior Engineering Manager position oversees the operational direction of the department, ensuring engineering compliance with regulatory requirements and driving continuous improvement in efficiency, cost optimization, and competitiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and ensures adoption of short to mid-term strategy/results and execution of functional strategy for the operational direction of the department
  • Oversees continuous improvement/automation implementation activities
  • Leverages institutional knowledge for strategy development
  • Sustains relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Influences, coaches, and develops direct reports/teams
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; 8+ years of relevant experience including 5+ years management or leadership experience
  • Or Master’s degree; 6+ years of relevant experience including 4-5 years management or leadership experience
