Senior Engineering Lead

Key responsibilities

• Prepares thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, calculations and sketches associated with the resolution of routine technical problems.
• Conducts basic engineering studies requiring little evaluation or ingenuity.
• Develops positive working relationships to effectively coordinate work activities.
• Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills.
• Maintains accurate records and files.

Requirements

• 15+ years of discipline-specific experience.
• Subject matter expert (SME) level skills in area of expertise.
• Knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures.
• Required skills:
• Engineering/technical expertise in area of specialization.
• Problem identification, analysis and resolution.
• Technical report writing and documentation.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Planning, organizing and scheduling abilities.
