Senior Engineer - Tooling Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design Reactor Modification Tooling incorporating various actuation methods within schedule and cost limits
• Draft fabrication drawings and build/test designed tooling for performance validation
• Prepare 3D models, specifications, and test plans to support tooling development
• Collaborate with teams to deliver tooling designs that meet Nuclear Quality and Safety standards
• Perform design reviews for peer and leadership feedback
• Write operation procedures for field deployment teams
• Provide emergent issue support to customers during Outage Season

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university or college
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical design and testing, including 2D drawings and 3D modeling
• 5 years nuclear industry experience
