Senior Engineer, Technical Antenna Mechanical Design

What will you do?

Captures and prioritizes product support requests such as MOTS, PDCRs, and ACE tickets.

Supports product lines and teams including Project Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Procurement to achieve lead times and reduce errors.

Executes standard record changes based on priorities and investigations related to standard design issues.

Collaborates with the CS&Q Team to handle deviations, obsolescence, CoS, PPAP, FAIR, and 3F analysis requests, and product audits.

Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable codes and regulations, and applies industry standards to new designs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines.
  • Experienced in the design, applications, and/or installation of Low Voltage Switchboard products.
  • Proficient in Creo, PDM, Order Editor, ACE, and SAP.
  • Proficient in 3D tolerance analysis.
  • Accountable, initiative-taking, with solid and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to collaborate with remote teams and management.
  • Able to work in a culturally diverse workplace with people from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs.

Pay and Benefits

The expected pay range for this role is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
