Senior Engineer, Systems Engineering

Position Details

Rockwell Collins Inc. d/b/a Collins Aerospace has an opening for a Senior Engineer, Systems Engineering in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of progressive experience as a Systems Engineer or related role.
  • In the alternative, must possess at least a master’s degree or its equivalent in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related field and at least 3 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or related role.
• Must possess at least 3 years of experience with IMA and IPS System Level Developments.
• Must possess at least 3 years of experience with avionics and aircraft sub-systems.
• Must possess at least 3 years of experience operating Avionics test facilities (rigs and simulations) executing scripted and unscripted flight test scenarios.
• Must possess at least 3 years of experience with systems tools such as JIRA, DOORS, JAMA.

The non-US person must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Company Information

• Salary Range: $157,269.00 to $165,200.00 USD per year.
