Senior Engineer, Supply Chain Systems
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end execution of the Supply Chain Digital Roadmap by leading large-scale system implementations (including SAP S/4HANA upgrades) and ensuring all initiatives align with global standards and business objectives.
- Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives and formal process reviews to identify system gaps, streamline customer EDI integrations, and implement scalable technical solutions that eliminate manual effort and maximize system utilization.
- Act as the primary liaison between the business and Global IT (GIT) to build compelling business cases for new technology, communicate critical project updates to stakeholders, and escalate risks to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage the stability of the supply chain technology landscape by overseeing SLA-driven support, conducting root-cause analysis on recurring system issues, and implementing corrective actions to prevent business disruption.
- Foster a high-performance culture by establishing and training a network of Power Users, participating in global communities of practice, and sharing best practices to advance digital literacy across the North America Hill's Supply Chain.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field
- 8+ years experience in Supply Chain operations or systems integration roles
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Project Management and Change Management, with a proven track record of navigating complex system transitions and driving user adoption
- Expert-level command of SAP S/4HANA or equivalent ERP systems and integrated satellite systems (e.g., Kinaxis, TM9, EDI)
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in modern data stacks—including Snowflake, Sigma, Domo, or Python
- Deep functional expertise in one or more of the following; Order-to-Invoice, logistics and warehousing, manufacturing

Skills

Benefits
Salary Range: $124,000.00 - $155,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
