Senior Engineer - Structural

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our team in the Denver office. This individual will work closely with a team of Structural Engineers and Project Managers, contributing to a variety of structural engineering projects with a client-focused, collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural computations for the design and analysis of concrete, steel, and other miscellaneous structures.
• Create and interpret analysis models for 2D and 3D structural frames.
• Assist with construction administrative tasks, including site visits and shop drawing review.
• Understand load paths for gravity and lateral loads and calculate applicable loads based on appropriate building codes.
• Assist with design drawings, quantities, cost estimates, specifications, reports, and other project deliverables as part of the structures team.
• Prepare technical studies and reports.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering.
• 6–11 years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Colorado.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and adhere to established standards.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Revit, Rhino, or Grasshopper.

Pay

This position offers an annual salary range of $102K–$127K. The actual salary will be determined based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, geographic location, industry experience, and internal equity.

Schedule

This is a hybrid position, combining in-office and remote work. Candidates should be able to commute to or periodically travel to the Denver office.
