Senior Engineer - Site Civil
About the role
Haskell is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer in Tulsa, OK to join our site/civil group, which focuses on federal projects. This role involves producing innovative designs, maintaining professional registration, and overseeing project teams.
Responsibilities
- Leads project strategy meetings within discipline, develops design concepts, and recommends systems.
- Produces pricing and proposal presentation documents and outlines specifications.
- Researched, documents, and ensures compliance with all applicable codes, ordinances, standards, and regulations.
- Identifies the basis of design for hydrology, hydraulics, site utilities, and erosion sediment control.
- Able to create clear, complete, and concise stormwater, water demand, and wastewater calculation reports.
- Advise and assist Construction Project Managers, Superintendents, and Subcontractors in interpreting and clarifying construction documents.
- Directs technical efforts of engineers, designers, technicians, and/or interns assigned to the project.
- Administers an environment for staff to excel, while coaching them to advance their careers.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Degree
- 10+ years of civil design experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer (Active)
- Autodesk Civil 3D (current version)

Pay
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
