Senior Engineer - Municipal Projects

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team as a Senior Civil Engineer. You will hold a senior leadership role, providing crucial technical support and serving as the lead engineer on complex projects.

You will ensure the highest quality standards, mentor and train team members in technical design aspects, and play an advisory role on challenging projects. You may also provide project management support when needed and maintain quality control by conducting thorough checks on plans and deliverables.

You will be based out of or willing to relocate to Manhattan, KS. We prioritize your growth and well-being, empowering you to lead with innovation and shape the future of sustainable development.

Qualifications

• Passionate about working collaboratively with others, having ownership in the work you do, and using your talents to positively affect communities.
• Strong communication skills, ability to contribute and work well on a team, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years of related Civil Engineering experience, registered as a Professional Engineer (PE) with at least four years of experience supervising technical personnel.
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals, and working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
