Description

DGR Systems, a growing premier technology consulting company, is looking for a Senior Engineer with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, migration, and optimization of identity and access management solutions.
• Serve as the technical lead for medium to large customer engagements.
• Develop implementation plans, technical documentation, and deployment methodologies.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles from discovery through project completion.
• Lead assessments and advisory services, including performing identity assessments, health checks, security reviews, and roadmap engagements.
• Assist with technical leadership, providing mentorship and guidance to engineers, assisting with technical standards, best practices, and solution development within the Identity practice, participating in peer reviews and quality assurance activities.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, ensuring solutions align with security, compliance, and operational requirements, maintaining adherence to DGR Systems delivery methodologies and standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the IT industry with at least 3 years focused on Identity and Access Management solutions.
• Experience leading customer-facing technical projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and hybrid identity environments.
• Experience with Okta or other enterprise identity platforms.
• Experience implementing MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and identity governance solutions.
• Experience with PIM, PAM, RBAC, and least-privilege security models.
• Experience performing identity assessments, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Experience with PowerShell and automation technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide less experienced engineers.
