Senior Engineer - Construction Engineering
Responsibilities
The qualified candidate will have at least 6+ years’ relevant experience working in the areas of steel design, steel connection design and erection sequencing analysis. The qualified candidate should possess a high energy level and be a self-motivated senior engineer who can work within a strong team environment, serving clients on major projects throughout the United States and internationally. Technical specialization, proactivity and aggressiveness when meeting client and project needs, are pluses. Clients will include architects, developers, institutions, and contractors.
Qualifications
- 6-9 years’ experience in steel design, steel connection design and erection sequencing analysis
- Demonstrated career growth that includes supervision of junior staff
- Master’s in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural, strongly preferred
- E. license within your residing state, or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months
- Experience with Tekla and Building Information Modeling (BIM) a plus
- SAP 2000 modeling experience required
Skills
Candidates must be proactive, have strong organizational skill, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be client-service oriented.

Pay
Pay Transparency Disclosure Statement: This position has an annual salary range as stated below and is, in good faith, an estimate. The actual offered salary will be dependent on the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, geographic location, industry experience and internal equity.
- Denver: $101K - $120K
- Chicago & San Diego: $106K - $126K
- DC, LA & Seattle: $110K - $132K
- NYC: $116K - $138K
- San Francisco: $121K - $144K
