Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervises the work of Staff Engineers
• Aids in proposal preparation, job performance, and serves as the firm’s responsible contact with various clients
• Ensures projects are profitable and on schedule and meet client requirements
• Mentors and supports staff
• Maintains client relationships
• Performs other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum nine or more years of demonstrated design with project management experience
• California PE License required
• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills including professional interaction with clients
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong attention to detail
• Solid experience with the MS Office Suite

Qualifications

We offer a generous salary and benefits package that includes company-paid medical and dental insurance, vacation, and a 401(k) plan. The salary range for this position is $137,000 to $160,000, depending upon experience.
