What You'll Do as the Senior Structural Engineer
Lead structural design for commercial building projects including schools, healthcare facilities, and large-scale developments
Collaborate closely with internal construction and equipment teams to support integrated project delivery
Drive the growth of in-house engineering services, including delegated design capabilities
Review and stamp engineering drawings and calculations as a licensed PES
Serve as a technical partner to leadership, contributing to strategic decisions and project direction
Mentor junior team members as the engineering group expands
Must-Haves as the Senior Structural Engineer
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 10+ years of experience in structural building design (non-bridge)
- Strong background in commercial and large-scale building projects
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Proficiency with structural design tools such as AutoCAD and calculation software
Nice-to-Haves as the Senior Structural Engineer
- Experience with delegated design or temporary structures
- Familiarity with construction means and methods
