Senior Engineer

About the role

This position will be responsible for leading or supporting projects within Engineering. Cost Improvement Engineering involves existing products being methodically evaluated on cost by means of function, design, and ease of manufacture and assembly. Sustaining Engineering focuses on product, process, and/or supply chain changes to maintain the existing revenue stream. This position will support both work streams. The Senior Engineer will lead and support engineering changes, new product introductions, line extensions, product modifications, and system improvements. The position is located in Neenah, WI and reports to the Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Engineering Project Lead for projects such as material changes, packaging changes, line extensions, and product modifications.
• Responsible for all aspects of the project life cycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.
• Uses the Change and Design Control processes to execute product modifications while ensuring resulting products can be adequately manufactured, tested
