About the role
This position is responsible for developing workflows, templates, and Fusion automation within Adobe Workfront. The individual will collaborate with business line stakeholders to define requirements, manage user access, and provide end-user training.
Responsibilities
- Contact LOB stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Periodically update the Agile board and maintain visibility on tasks with the Product Owner and Crew Leads
- Own the creation and maintenance of workflows, templates, and Fusion automation
- Provide end-user training on the usage of Workfront
Requirements
- Adobe Workfront Certification and Fusion Developer Experience
- Experience in designing and developing Fusion scenarios for Workfront automation
- Strong skills in building and customizing reports within Workfront
- Familiarity with building medium and high-complex workflows, templates, requests, and approval sub-workflows
- Familiarity with administrative portal for user management and configurations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 7-8 years of experience in Workfront development
- At least 4 years of experience in Fusion development
Skills
- Good knowledge on APIs and Java skills for Fusion scenarios
- Good communication skills and ability to document requirements
- Ability to develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and validate marketing processes
- Agile working method familiarization
- Familiarity with Jira
