Solution Architecture and Design

Design and architect scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise applications. Define end-to-end application architecture, integration patterns, and technology roadmaps. Create solution blueprints, technical specifications, and architecture documents. Lead technical decisions and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards. Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and design governance.

Application Development

Develop and maintain microservices-based applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and REST APIs. Build modern responsive front-end applications using Angular. Design event-driven and distributed systems architecture. Implement API management, security frameworks, authentication, and authorization mechanisms. Deploy and manage applications on PCF/Tanzu Application Service (TAS) or equivalent cloud-native platforms. Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Drive containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. Ensure observability through monitoring, logging, and performance tuning.

Cloud and DevOps

Deploy and manage applications on PCF/Tanzu Application Service (TAS) or equivalent cloud-native platforms. Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Drive containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. Ensure observability through monitoring, logging, and performance tuning.

AI and Developer Productivity

Leverage GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity. Design and integrate AI-powered capabilities into enterprise applications. Work with LLM-based solutions, Generative AI frameworks, prompt engineering, vector databases, and RAG architectures. Evaluate AI tools and frameworks for business use cases. Mentor teams on adoption of AI-assisted software engineering practices.

Leadership and Stakeholder Management

Provide technical leadership to development teams. Mentor developers and guide technical best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Drive Agile delivery and participate in technical planning and estimation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of solution architecture experience.
• Strong expertise in: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, Angular (latest versions preferred), JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with: PCF/Tanzu Application Service (TAS), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Copilot.
• Strong knowledge of: Design Patterns, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture, API Security (OAuth2, JWT, SAML), Caching and Performance Optimization.
• Experience with: Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, AI Agent frameworks, Vector Databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Exposure to LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration platforms and messaging technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience working in regulated enterprise environments.
• TOGAF, Azure Architect, AWS Architect, or Cloud certifications preferred.
