Responsibilities
- Support production equipment and shop-floor manufacturing environments
- Develop processes, tooling, and industrialization
- Create and maintain PFMEA, control plans, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong background in process development, tooling, and industrialization
- Experience with PFMEA, control plans, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation
- Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Pay
$90,000 - $135,000 per year
