Senior Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university with five (5) years related experience after registration, municipal civil engineer experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of civil engineering, particularly with the design, construction, and maintenance of public works projects.
• Experience in land development including grading, drainage, street and utility design preferred.
• Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
• Must possess a valid Texas "Class C" driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Assistant Director of Engineering Services in all aspects of Civil Engineering activities.
• Monitoring and reviewing new development and capital improvement projects.
• Responding to citizen and professional inquiries and complaints.
• Reviewing grading plans, analyzing, and making recommendations for drainage problems.

Pay

• Anticipated Hiring Range: $97,832.39 - $127,182.11
• Salary Range: $97,832.39 - $156,531.83
