We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. Preserve all substantive info; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the job posting. Key content: - Job Duties: description of Senior Engineer role: work with staff engineers, regulators, consultants, contractors, residents; oversee design and construction of water distribution capital improvement projects; city-wide lead water service piping replacements; background with planning, designing, coordinating utility needs with transportation projects valued; background regarding water distribution maintenance and water treatment processes; value teamwork, collaboration, problem-solving, initiative; good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cooperatively, effectively, fairly with coworkers, contractors, public; opportunity to contribute to development and sustainability of city's infrastructure while working on diverse impactful projects. - SUMMARY/PURPOSE: To perform and supervise others who perform engineering work in design, construction, maintenance for a wide range of engineering projects including but not limited to transportation road design, geotechnical engineering, building and other structures, utility modeling & design. - Essential Duties & Responsibilities (list many): Complete design and preparation of engineering plans, specification, and reports. Possession of a valid Minnesota Driver's License or equivalent. - Shift: First (Day) - Number of Openings: 1 - Compensation: $94,903.00 - $124,886.00 / Annually - Postal Code: 55802 - Job Type: Full Time - Place of Work: On-site - Requisition ID: 75871 - Job Benefits: Health Insurance, FSA, Dental, Life, Vacation, Deferred Comp, Sick Leave, PERA, Health Care Savings Plan, Employee Assistance Program, and Wellness Program. We need to produce sections: maybe "About the role" (summary/purpose + duties overview), "Responsibilities" (list of essential duties), "Requirements" (education, experience, license, shift, etc.), "Qualifications" maybe overlapping with requirements; but we should avoid thin sections. We can combine education, experience, license into a "Qualifications" section. Benefits separate. Pay separate. Schedule maybe shift info. We must not create sections with filler. So we need to ensure each section has substantive content. We need to use

    for section headings. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. Do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we can fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Probably we can include postal code, job type, place of work, number of openings, shift in a short paragraph under maybe "Details". But we need to avoid creating a section if it's just filler. However we could include a short paragraph under "About the role" or "Details". The instruction: "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a

with those details somewhere, maybe after the summary. We must not include boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all duties, responsibilities, education, experience, license, shift, number of openings, compensation, benefits, postal code, job type, place of work. We need to avoid duplication: The job duties section and essential duties list may overlap; we need to include both but not duplicate same sentences. We can combine them into a responsibilities list. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's design:

      About the role

As a Senior Engineer, you will work closely with staff engineers, regulating authorities, consultants, contractors, and residents for the water utility, overseeing the design and construction of water distribution capital improvement projects and the city‑wide lead water service piping replacements over the next decade. Experience planning, designing, and coordinating utility needs with transportation projects, as well as background in water distribution maintenance and water treatment processes, is valued. The role emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, problem‑solving, initiative, and strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with coworkers, contractors, and the public.

Maybe also include summary/purpose: "To perform and supervise others who perform engineering work in the design, construction, and maintenance for a wide range of engineering projects including but not limited to transportation road design, geotechnical engineering, building and other structures, and utility modeling & design." Could be part of About the role. We could incorporate that into the paragraph. Then

      Responsibilities

      • Complete design and preparation of engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
      • Provide engineering analysis in support of project development and delivery.
      • Select qualified consultants for projects and prepare consultant contracts.
      • Prepare project cost estimates.

      • Other related duties as assigned.
      Then

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s Degree with a major in an engineering field from an accredited college or university, plus four (4) years of full‑time equivalent work experience as an Engineer‑In‑Training under the direct supervision of a licensed Professional Engineer.
      • Eight (8) years of full‑time work experience as a licensed Professional Engineer, with at least two (2) years supervising complex engineering projects.
      • Licensure as a Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota, or the ability to become licensed within six (6) months of appointment.
      • Possession of a valid Minnesota Driver’s License or equivalent.
We could also include shift, number of openings, job type, place of work, postal code as a short

maybe under a "Details" section. But we need to avoid thin sections. Could we add a

      Position Details

      with a

containing those? That would be substantive enough (includes shift, openings, type, location, postal code). That seems okay. Then

      Pay

      with

      $94,903.00 – $124,886.00 per year

      Then

      Benefits

      • Health Insurance
      • FSA
      • Dental
      • Life
      • Vacation
      • Deferred Compensation
      • Sick Leave
      • PERA
      • Health Care Savings Plan
      • Employee Assistance Program
      • Wellness Program
We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler. All sections have content. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading (we didn't). We didn't include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we omitted them. Good. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft final HTML. Check for any duplication: The About the role paragraph includes some duties; Responsibilities list includes more detailed duties. That's fine. Check for any missing substantive info: The summary/purpose about performing and supervising others in design, construction, maintenance for wide range of engineering projects including transportation road design, geotechnical engineering, building and other structures, utility modeling & design. We included that in About the role? We didn't explicitly mention that. Let's incorporate that into About the role paragraph. We can adjust About the role paragraph to include that. Let's rewrite About the role:

As a Senior Engineer, you will work closely with staff engineers, regulating authorities, consultants, contractors, and residents for the water utility, overseeing the design and construction of water distribution capital improvement projects and the city‑wide lead water service piping replacements over the next decade.
